Mille-Feuille


The things that pastry chefs can come up with amaze me more and more. I'm not even sure that this can be considered a word of the day...but I'm gonna run with it for now.


Mille-Feuille: french for "thousand leaves." This is a pastry, made from puff-pastry dough, and is also called a napoleon.

I want to eat one. Right now.
